Cancellations and Rescheduling
All online bookings require a 50% deposit to make the appointment, this will be forfeited should you not give a minimum 24 hours notice or 72 hours for feathering appointments, to cancel or reschedule or if you do not show to your appointment. Appointments made via phone or email may also be asked to pay an upfront deposit when booking. If you do wish to cancel your appointment within the allowed timeframe, your deposit will automatically transfer to a credit on your account for a future appointment. We understand that ‘life’ can happen and want to make our services accessible to everyone, therefore should you not be able to make an appointment please contact us ASAP so that we can work together to find you another time suitable and also fill the appointment for another client.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Saturday and evening appointments will require to pay a 50% deposit which will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Text reminders are sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment so that you have ample time to contact us should you not be able to make that time. Unconfirmed texts (confirm by replying yes) could be considered as cancelled so please ensure you always confirm your appointment.
No Shows and Last Minute Cancellations
“No Show” clients will incur a fee of the full appointment cost. Last minute cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. As you can understand we do our best to fit in every client and hope you can appreciate that we can fill these appointments if you give us notice. If you ever cant make your appointment a simple text or call can make all the difference to our day!
Long Appointment Deposits
Appointments that are 1.5 hours + or in peak times, will be asked to pay a deposit or pay upfront prior to the appointment.
We often have clients move their appointments once their text reminder is sent, so if you can’t find a time you would like, feel free to ask you go on a waitlist for a day/time and we will contact you should something become available.
Courtesy & Client Responsibility
Running late to your appointment puts pressure on our artists and delays other clients appointments. Please notify us if you are running late so we can accommodate enough time for you services as well as our other clients. If you are running late for your appointment, Victoria Jade reserves the right to reduce your treatment time or reschedule your appointment. Notifying us of rescheduling ahead of time is greatly appreciated. Running late to an appointment which can not be carried out may incur a cancellation or no show fee. No discounts or reduced rates will offered if appointment times are reduced.
Terms of Service Details
The above T&C's, as well as the pages for shipping, and returns govern your purchases through Victoria Jade and constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties ('Agreement'). By placing an order or booking, you agree to be bound by the agreement as amended from time to time.

The agreement is subject to change from time to time without notice. Past T&C's and Customer Policies can be accessed on request with written notice to Victoria Jade. Your continued use of the site following the posting of any changes or modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes or modifications. If you do not agree with these changes or modifications, you must immediately cease using the site. For this reason, you should frequently review the Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Customer Policies. This includes their dates, to understand the agreement that applies to your purchases through the site.
Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. Victoria Jade reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice including any pricing errors (including after you have submitted your order).
