- Regional Areas: it is estimated your delivery will arrive within 3-6 Business Days after dispatch.

Victoria Jade offer express shipping for orders within Australia for $11.95. You can select 'Express Shipping' at checkout.
Victoria Jade uses Australia Post for shipping on all orders. A tracking reference will be provided once the order has been shipped. Victoria Jade endeavours to use protective packaging on all orders. Victoria Jade will not be held responsible for any lost, failed or damaged deliveries. Additionally Victoria Jade will not be held responsible for incorrect contact details and delivery addresses provided by the customer. Our customer service team will attempt to locate your items by tracing your parcel on your behalf and lodging an investigation via the nominated delivery service if required.
If Authority To Leave (ATL) is requested on your order, Victoria Jade and the nominated shipping carrier are not responsible if the parcel has been lodged as successfully delivered, as the customer has chosen a non-secure delivery option. If you do not receive your parcel delivered via ATL delivery, Victoria Jade will not replace or refund you unless otherwise required by law. Our customer service team will attempt to locate your items by tracing your parcel on your behalf and lodging an investigation via the nominated delivery service if required.
Can I Return Something I've Purchased?
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Victoria Jade Online on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unopened/unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Contact us within 30 day of original purchase to start the process if need be.
Communication for all returns and exchanges will be finalised via e-mail for proof of agreement between Victoria Jade and the customer.
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault along with a photo of the item.
Victoria Jade will not be held responsible in the unlikely occurrence of an allergic reaction to a product you have purchased from Victoria Jade Online. We urge you to contact us for a full list of ingredients on any product sold via Victoria Jade Online and consult your doctor with any questions prior to completing your purchase. If an allergic reaction occurs, please discontinue use of that product immediately. Take a photo of the reaction and contact us and your doctor for further assistance.
Allergic Reaction returns will only be accepted if the product has been less than 20% used.
Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival
If you have received an incorrect item, please take a photo of the item you received and contact us within seven days of delivery. Please do not dispose of the item or you will not be eligible for a return or replacement.
If you have received a damaged item, please take a photo of the item and contact us within seven days of delivery. Please do not dispose of the item or you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

The shipping costs associated with the return of an item is to be incurred by the customer unless in the unlikely event that the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or when an allergic reaction occurs.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
